Front-End Development Skills:

1. HTML/CSS: Proficiency in coding standards-compliant HTML and CSS for UI implementation.

2. JavaScript: Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for dynamic and interactive UI elements.

3. **Version Control:** Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for collaborative development.

4. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensuring consistent appearance and behavior of UI across various browsers.

Collaboration and Communication Skills:

1. Teamwork: Working effectively in cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.

2. **Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify UX/UI issues and propose creative solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

3. Communication: Clearly articulating design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, including non-designers.

4. Feedback Incorporation: Openness to receiving feedback and iterating on designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.

Tools and Software:

1. Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar for UI/UX design and prototyping.

2. **Prototyping Tools:** Experience with tools such as InVision, Proto.io, Marvel, etc., for creating interactive prototypes.

3. Development Tools: Knowledge of front-end development tools and frameworks to collaborate effectively with developers.
