Role Description

The Mobility Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. This individual will be leading a team responsible for developing and implementing mobile application solutions. Their duties will include managing projects, developing technical solutions, and managing resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in mobile application development
Experience in leading a team of developers in delivering complex enterprise-grade mobile solutions both in the iOS and Android platforms
Experience in developing mobile applications using React Native, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, and/or other modern mobile development frameworks and technologies
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management practices
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions among individuals with diverse perspectives
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and resources effectively
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
Experience in developing enterprise-grade solutions for healthcare, fintech, and/or logistics industry verticals is a plus
