Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry & Marketing Intern at XcelTec, located in Ahmedabad. As a Data Entry & Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to data entry and marketing. This includes entering and maintaining accurate data, assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and providing support for various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Enter and update information into relevant databases
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Conduct email marketing campaigns, including drafting, sending, and tracking emails
• Collect and compile data on potential clients and companies for marketing purposes
• Develop and maintain a list of email contacts and ensure it is kept up to date
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials
• Engage in off-page SEO tasks, including link building, social bookmarking, and content promotion
• Post content and engage in discussions in relevant online groups, forums, and communities to drive traffic and increase brand visibility
• Achieve targets on daily basis
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Interest in learning about data entry and marketing
• Candidate must have to complete his/her graduation
