Job Description:
Saawahi IT Solution LLP is looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities and monitor project progress
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
• Track project milestones and follow up on pending tasks
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain project records and update project management tools
• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned project tasks
• Support project managers in achieving project objectives

Eligibility:
• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Related Field Preferred
• 1 Year of Experience as a Project Coordinator or Similar Role
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
