Title: Web Designer
Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging web layouts, ensuring a consistent brand experience, and collaborating closely with developers and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
Design and develop website layouts, landing pages, and web interfaces
Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
Create wireframes, mockups, and visual design assets
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, and color schemes
Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance
Update and maintain website content and design elements
Conduct basic testing to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Work with marketing teams to design banners, creatives, and promotional assets
Stay updated with web design trends, tools, and best practices
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Web design or UI/UX certifications are an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of web design principles and layout techniques
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, or similar
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress
Understanding of basic UX principles and accessibility standards
Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
