Job Title: Web Designer (Male)
Experience Required: 2+ years in web design
Location: Mohali, Sector 8B
Salary: Up to 35,000 INR in-hand per month
Shift: Night Shift (Timings as per the company’s schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites.
Collaborate with developers to implement design concepts effectively.
Ensure websites are responsive and perform optimally across different devices.
Maintain and update existing websites as needed.
Focus on creating SEO-friendly web designs.
Work on branding, graphics, and visual elements to align with client or company requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve design and usability issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web design and user experience.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Strong understanding of responsive design.
Experience with UI/UX design.
Proficient in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with web performance optimization.
Preferred Skills:Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other content management systems (CMS).
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Knowledge of PHP or other backend languages is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially during night shifts.
Problem-solving mindset and a creative approach to design challenges.
