Job Description:
Webpaint Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and the ability to create modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and user-centric website layouts and interfaces
Convert design mockups into responsive HTML/CSS templates
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs
Maintain and update existing websites with design improvements
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new projects
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry standards
Optimize websites for maximum speed and usability
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design
Experience with JavaScript and jQuery (basic level)
Understanding of UX principles and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
Knowledge of basic SEO principles
Familiarity with animation libraries or tools is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
