Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Warehouse Executive to join our team at our warehouse in Pirana, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the warehouse, ensuring the smooth handling of inventory, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure accurate stock tracking and regular inventory audits.
Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are shipped on time.
Goods Receiving & Dispatch: Oversee the receiving of goods from suppliers, checking for accuracy, and ensuring items are properly stored. Handle the dispatch of goods as per orders.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to meet safety standards and improve operational efficiency.
Packaging & Labeling: Ensure that all products are correctly packaged and labeled according to standards.
Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate with shipping companies and delivery personnel for the safe and timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock movements, perform regular stock counts, and ensure timely replenishment.
Safety Compliance: Follow and ensure compliance with all warehouse safety protocols. Report any safety hazards or accidents.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, receipts, and other operational data.
Communication: Coordinate with other departments (procurement, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor.
