Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and well-presented Waiters/Stewards to join our team at Aryans Family Delight Restaurants and Banquets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure that they are comfortable throughout their dining experience.
Taking Orders: Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely manner.
Serving Food and Drinks: Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring that all orders are served as per the guest’s preferences.
Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to assist customers with choices and answer any questions.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that the dining area and tables are clean, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
Handling Payments: Process customer payments and provide change or receipts.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Up-selling: Suggest additional items to customers where appropriate to enhance their experience and increase sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry as a Waiter, Steward, or similar role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-Oriented: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive guest experience.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹11,000 to ₹12,000 per month
