Job Overview:
A Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication via phone calls.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming customer calls professionally and providing accurate information.
– Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
– Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
– Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
– Recording and updating customer information in the database.
– Following communication scripts and guidelines when handling different scenarios.

Requirements and Skills:
– 1-2 years of experience in voice process or customer service roles.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Good listening skills and empathy towards customers.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
– Flexible to work in shifts if required.

Qualifications:
