Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Visa Manager to handle and oversee the visa and immigration-related processes for students and clients in a leading EdTech company based in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in visa documentation, application processes, and coordination with embassies or immigration authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete visa application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Guide clients or students through visa requirements and procedures.

Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers as required.

Maintain and manage records of visa applications, documentation, and communication.

Ensure timely submission and follow-up on visa applications.

Handle escalations or issues related to visa rejections or delays.

Stay updated with changes in visa policies and immigration laws.

Support the student support team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in visa/immigration services or student support roles.

Strong understanding of visa types, documentation requirements, and embassy protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with visa management systems/software is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Travel, Hospitality, Business, or related field).

Proven track record of handling visa documentation and end-to-end processes.
