Job Title: Visa Counsellor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Visa Counsellor with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.
The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process,
providing accurate information on visa requirements, and ensuring all documents are in order for successful visa approval.

Responsibilities:
– Reviewing visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
– Providing clients with detailed information on visa requirements and procedures
– Assisting clients in filling out visa application forms
– Coordinating with embassies or consulates for visa appointments and inquiries
– Keeping up-to-date on changes in visa policies and regulations
– Maintaining records of visa applications and approvals

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year experience as a Visa Counsellor or in a related field
– Strong knowledge of visa application processes for various countries
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
– Proficiency in using electronic visa application systems
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Qualifications:
– 1+ years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or similar role
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Strong understanding of visa application processes and requirements
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
