Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UX / Product Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital products that meet user needs and business goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
– Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
– Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback
– Maintain a consistent design system and ensure brand consistency across all products
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
– Proven track record of successfully delivering user-centered design solutions
– Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
– Knowledge of usability principles and best practices
– Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
– Experience conducting user testing and analysis of results.
