Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Onboarding Specialist with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new employees.
– Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
– Coordinate the collection and processing of new hire paperwork, including employment forms and benefits enrollment.
– Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to new employees regarding onboarding procedures.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
– Assist in organizing training programs and onboarding activities for new hires.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 0-1 years of experience in HR onboarding or a related HR role.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of HRIS systems and onboarding best practices.
– Attention to detail and a customer service-oriented mindset.
