Job Title: HR Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented HR Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for coordinating various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers
– Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
– Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations
– Maintain HR records and systems, including employee data and files
– Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in HR roles
– Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
– Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a similar role
