Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled US Corporate Tax Preparer with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate tax regulations and be able to prepare accurate and timely tax returns for our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and file complex corporate tax returns in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
– Review financial statements, income records, and other documentation to ensure accuracy in tax reporting.
– Work closely with clients to gather necessary information and answer any tax-related questions.
– Identify tax savings opportunities and provide recommendations to minimize tax liabilities.
– Research tax regulations and stay updated on changes in tax laws to ensure compliance.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
– Proven experience as a Corporate Tax Preparer with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
– Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office suite.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
