Job Overview:
As a US Contracts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts and agreements within the organization. You will ensure that all contractual arrangements comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities:
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
– Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
– Manage contract administration, tracking key milestones and deadlines
– Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract terms and conditions
– Resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely manner
– Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field (required)
– 2-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role
– Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
– 2-5 years of experience in contract management or a related role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software
