Job Overview:

Staffigo Technical Services is looking for an experienced US Bench Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to preferred vendors and clients, identifying job requirements, and placing candidates in suitable roles across the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens) to tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients

Proactively identify job opportunities and submit candidates

Maintain and update database of bench consultants

Negotiate rates, prepare and submit resumes, and schedule interviews

Follow up with vendors/clients for interview feedback

Coordinate with consultants throughout the hiring process

Achieve weekly/monthly placement targets

Key Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales/Recruitment

Strong understanding of US IT staffing market and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)

Knowledge of different work authorizations and hiring practices in the US

Willingness to work in night shift (US shift)
