Job Description: Accounts Payable Position

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in handling accounts payable tasks. This role involves managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
– Review and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
– Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
– Prepare and process payments to vendors
– Reconcile accounts payable transactions
– Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
– Assist in month-end closing activities
– Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable
– Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
– Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CAPA) is a plus
– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
