Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Qualification: CA, Inter CA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance)
Salary Range: ₹20 – ₹23 LPA

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced US Accounts Manager to oversee and manage accounting operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of US GAAP, taxation, and compliance standards, along with experience in leading a team and handling end-to-end accounting functions for international operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage US accounting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings (Federal and State)
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and clients as needed
Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring quality and productivity
Manage AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting
Monitor and improve internal accounting processes and systems

Key Skills:
US GAAP Knowledge
Financial Reporting
Tax Compliance

Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other accounting software
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication skills for client interaction
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
