Title: UI / UX Designer
Overview
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into effective user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Develop intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI standards
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
Support design handoff and work closely with development teams during implementation
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
UI/UX certifications or design courses are an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and developer handoff processes
Strong visual design, typography, and color theory skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
