Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Product Designer with at least 10 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and development of user interfaces for our products, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
– Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interfaces that align with project goals.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
– Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven track record as a UI/UX Product Designer with at least 10 years of experience.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience working in agile development processes is a plus.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
– Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and processes.
