Job Description: UI/UX Designer
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and at least 4 years of practical experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
– Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
– Design intuitive user interfaces that effectively meet user needs and business goals
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate site functionality
– Conduct user research and testing to validate design choices
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across platforms
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
– Experience in creating responsive web and mobile designs
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
– 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
– A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
