Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces, as well as conducting user research to inform design decisions. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
– Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications
– Conduct user research and create user personas
– Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
– Test designs and gather feedback for iterative improvements
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Experience working in an Agile development environment
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
– Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
– Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
