We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with four years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
– Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user interfaces.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for design improvements.
– Develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and best practices.
– Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
– Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Principle is a plus.
Qualifications:
– 4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
– Demonstrated expertise in creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
