Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
– Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
– Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
– Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
– Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core functionalities and features

Requirements Skills:
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a minimum of 5 years
– Portfolio of design projects showcasing strong interface design and user experience skills
– Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
– Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS)
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
– Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
– Relevant certifications in UI/UX Design or equivalent experience
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
