Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
– Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
– Create and maintain design guidelines and specifications
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
– Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
– Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing user-centered design processes
– Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
– Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar
– Understanding of basic front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS)
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field
