Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine digital products that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:
– Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user interface designs
– Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
– Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps
– Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
– Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
– Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
– Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
– Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
– Portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects
– Experience working in cross-functional teams
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
– Passion for creating innovative and user-centric designs
