Job Description: UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for digital products.
Responsibilities:
– Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
– Conduct user research and testing to iterate designs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design coherence and functionality
– Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
– Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
– Knowledge of user-centered design principles
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
