Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences on our digital products.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
– Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
– Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
– Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing user-centered design solutions
– Proficient in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus
Qualifications:
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Detail-oriented with good time-management skills
– Knowledge of current design trends and technologies
– Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
