Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs that meet user needs and business goals. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create innovative web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:
– Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
– Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
– Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas.
– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
– Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
– Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
– Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
– Understanding of usability principles and best practices.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
