Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our digital products.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
2. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
3. Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
