Job Title: UI/UX Designer (2 years of experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions that meet user needs.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
– Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance user experience
– Develop user personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
– Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
– Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
– Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
