Location: NIBM, Pune
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage all aspects of employee travel and office hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with travel bookings, vendor coordination, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic and international travel bookings for employees and management
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport vendors to ensure smooth travel
Handle visa applications and related documentation
Maintain and manage pantry and cafeteria services
Provide timely updates to travelers regarding flight schedules, changes, and cancellations
Negotiate with travel and hotel vendors for the best rates
Address employee queries related to travel logistics and support
Communicate with travelers during their journey to ensure smooth experiences
Handle peak travel periods and urgent bookings efficiently
Maintain accurate records and inform HR about travel and leave details
