Salary: Up to ₹15,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Telesales Executives for our Insurance products. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance products that align with their requirements. You will play a key role in driving the company’s sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via telephone to promote and sell insurance products.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable insurance policies.
Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Address customer queries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships to ensure sales conversions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Record and maintain accurate client information and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales goals and enhance company performance.
Handle objections and rejections professionally, striving for successful outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms in an easy-to-understand manner.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasive abilities and a passion for sales.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address customer queries and concerns effectively.
Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage calls and follow-ups to meet sales targets.
Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment to achieve collective goals.
Customer Service: A friendly and professional attitude to provide the best experience for every customer.
