Title: Telecaller – Sales
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller – Sales to generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, promoting products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads
Explain products or services and persuade customers to make purchases
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
Education / Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass
Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Confident and clear speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
