Job Title: Telecaller Recovery Executive

Job Overview:
The Telecaller Recovery Executive is responsible for contacting customers who have outstanding payments and convincing them to make the necessary payments. The primary objective is to recover overdue payments and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
– Contacting customers with overdue payments through phone calls.
– Negotiating payment arrangements and terms with customers.
– Updating payment information and records accurately.
– Handling customer inquiries and resolving any payment-related issues.
– Maintaining detailed records of all communication with customers.

Requirements:
– 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in collections or recovery.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
– Proficient in using customer management software and databases.

Qualifications and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
