Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services.
Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, customer records, and follow-up details.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead updates.
Ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into leads.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
Must be confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
