Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, handle customer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
– Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
– Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
– Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Requirements and Skills:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to persuade and influence customers.
– Good listening skills.
– Basic computer skills.
– Ability to work well in a team.
– Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
