Job Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Profile:
We are urgently hiring a Telecaller Executive for our NGO. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and helping to drive the NGO’s initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and supporters
Assist in promoting the NGO’s initiatives and objectives
Provide information and respond to queries
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Achieve call and conversion targets
Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Female candidates only
Age: 18 to 35 years
Qualification: 10th or 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
Location: Noida, Sector 4 (near Sector 16 metro station)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC (depending on the interview)
