Location: Remote / Work From Office
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Answer queries and resolve customer concerns promptly
Follow up on leads and maintain client records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi/English
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Confidence and professionalism in telephonic conversations
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records
Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent
Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
Immediate joiners preferred
