Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Telecaller Executives to join our team at a reputed MNC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong desire to assist customers, and the ability to handle calls with professionalism. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to offer products or services.
Provide accurate information and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions.
Promote products/services and encourage sales where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
Follow up on leads and ensure follow-through.
Meet individual or team targets for calls and customer engagement.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 10th, 12th, or Graduation.
Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome to apply; experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (Hindi and English).
Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, MS Office).
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (CTC) based on interview performance.
Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives.
Off: Fixed 4-week off (Sundays).
