Job Title: Telecaller
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers.
– Promote products or services over the phone.
– Maintain detailed records of calls and customer information.
– Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
– Meet daily call quotas and targets.
Requirements:
– At least 1 year of experience as a Telecaller.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using CRM software.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Additional certifications in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
