Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Telecaller with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, providing information about our products or services, and securing sales appointments.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers.
– Provide information about products or services.
– Answer incoming calls from customers.
– Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
– Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong sales and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
– High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
