Job Title: Tele-caller
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Tele-caller to join our team. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating sales leads or setting appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
– Identify and qualify sales leads
– Schedule appointments for sales representatives
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
– Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Tele-caller or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong sales and negotiation skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
– Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven track record in telemarketing or sales
– Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
– Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
– Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
