Job Title: Telecaller

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products or services, and generate leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales aptitude.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers.
– Introduce and promote company products or services.
– Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
– Follow up with potential customers via phone or email.
– Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
– Meet weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements and Skills:
– At least 2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
– Excellent verbal communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
– Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Proficient in using CRM software.
– Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Proven track record of successful sales or lead generation.
– Experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
