Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Explain company products and services effectively
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation
