Job Description: Tele Sales Executive
Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Reports To: HR Manager / Sales Team Lead
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce products or services.
Sales Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales by persuading customers to make purchasing decisions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in the product or service to close sales.
Data Entry: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer queries or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the HR/management team on sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
Education: Graduation is required.
Skills:Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic understanding of customer relationship management tools
Good organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to sales
