Job Description

Title: Tele Caller

Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support sales or customer service activities. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers, provide accurate information, and help achieve business targets while maintaining a professional approach.

Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
Promote products or services and explain features and benefits
Generate and qualify leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
Address customer objections and resolve basic issues professionally
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies
Coordinate with sales or support teams for smooth handover
Perform additional calling or support tasks as assigned

Education / Certification
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Any sales, customer service, or communication training is a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Positive attitude, patience, and resilience
Ability to work independently and in a team
