Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Lead with at least 6 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to the support team while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical leadership and guidance to the support team.
– Handle escalated technical issues and provide resolution.
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
– Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, guides, and support documentation.
– Monitor support metrics and performance, and identify areas for improvement.
– Train and onboard new support team members.
– Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support.
– Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Proven experience in managing and leading a support team.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support role.
– Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position preferred.
