We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our offices in Jaipur and Gurgaon. This is a voice-based customer support role
requiring strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Candidates must be capable of handling customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice calls, emails, or chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
Record details of customer interactions and maintain follow-ups
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department if required
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
No grammatical errors or strong mother tongue influence
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
